FAQ est l’abréviation pour Foire Aux Questions dérivé de l’anglais FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions).
Ce composant permet d’apporter des réponses déjà rédigées aux questions les plus fréquentes que se posent vos visiteurs ou vos clients concernant les moyens de paiements, les délais de livraison, les procédures de remboursement, etc.
Si vous avez une grande liste de Questions/Réponses, vous pouvez utilisez des catégories pour l’organiser.

All the products are stored in our warehouses. In the page of each product, above the main image there is a note that lets you know if we have the product in stock. As a general rule, we only publish articles that are indeed in stock.

• Checks (the order is sent at the moment of receiving the check, France only)

The delay depends on the delivery place and the type of transport chosen.
Starting from the moment the order is received and settled, we estimate the time of delivery at approximately 48h for Metropolitan France and up to 10 days for Europe.
